Hi dear TE friends

Place : Seixal,near Lisbon

Region: Municipality- Seixal / Parish- Seixal, has a municipal population of 31.100 - Portugal).

Theme: Seixal bay (III)

To see: map view

In our last TE meeting we visited several places in Seixal village. But the main subject is this bay.

"Photo taken during TE Meeting in Seixal with Aires Santos, Ana Dores, Paulo, Ricardo Lopes, Ana (Ricardo's wife), Gonçalo Lopes, Teresa and miself.

About the photo, this used to be many years ago a boat used to carry cork from Seixal to Lisboa.
The boat was waiting near the coast line to be repaired when someone thought it was of a better use to burn it:( "

Gosto da foto, a tomada dá a impressão de ser um barco bem grande sendo ótima a escolha do título. Realmente se ele poderia ser reformado é triste terem ateado fogo nele, isso contribui para a poluição do ar.

Olá Filipe. Excelente foto da maré vazia. A Baía do Seixal fica muito bem de verde, muito diferente do negro lodo de outros tempos, em que eu demandava esse lugar. Gostei dos Workshops e de ver quem dá pelos nomes. Bom trabalho.

Nice title and good capture of this damaged old boat. Excellent sharpness and the dark colours contrast well with the blue sky and the green soil. Also a good contrast with the modern town on the background.

Olá Filipe,
O enquadramento e PdV foram muito bem escolhidos, é notável como o barco arruinado se "enciaxa" tão bem na imagem, apesar do enquadramento apertado. A técnica parece apuradíssima, tanto na altura de disparar como no PP. Talvez tenha uma ar pouco naturalista, principalmente por causa do céu, mas nada de grave e o efeito é realmente muito agradável.
Noto que tropeçaste em algo que me importuna frequentemente quando corrijo a exposição selectivamente: uma ligeiro contorno no horizonte, umas vezes mais claro, outras mais escuro. Mais uma vez, nada de importante.

Interessante anche questa tua di barca! Molto bello il verde del fondo marino lasciato dalla marea, mi piace anche il cielo, un pò meno il profilo della città che l'HDR ha un pò snaturato facendolo più somigliare ad una pittura cha ad una foto. Molto bello, comunque, il soggetto e il contenuto della foto!

Hi Filipe, very good colors (maybe the sky is too bright? Over post processed?). Good thinking of filling the frame with the boat, I guess you had some strange weather conditions, too because I see some weird issues on your effort to fix the details.

Good capture with fine details in the fair weather.
It seems to be more and more worn out this outburned old ship Filipe. Good to hear there was some TE's around the fine bay.

Hello Filipe, the pov is just great for this composition. the colors are very appealing but it sims to me a bit to saturated creating a strange contour at the bg buildings. the composition is beautiful but a pitty that a bit of the boat at the fg is cropped out. So although it is a very appealing and beautiful image there are 2 minor details that could be improved at my opinion.
