I agree with you about the sky, in photoshop or a program like it, you might want to manipulate the picture abit. The sun,White, is to intense and takes away from the shot. Colors etc. adds a nice mood to your work. I'm a fisherman, fishing shots like this, one can appreciate what we have to go through as fisherman. LOL

It's becoming your signature scenery, Carlos. Very nice to see a closeup of the sunset fisherman; a very tranquil scene. The backlight is very strong, but except for the fact that it "blanks out" part of the fishing rods, the result is quite pleasing.

This reminds me of a place in Massachusetts that I have been striped bass fishing. Very well composed photo, with excellent colors. Good shot.

This has that calm, solitude that I hear fishing brings some people. Just out there alone at the end of the day trying to catch that fish and just taking in thew view. Perhaps also thinking about life and just the world in general. The sky here is beautiful and the poles well placed in the composition to serve as a spring into the water and sky. The sliver of light leads the eye right back to the fisherman. The clouds offer a nice streaking feel, also, that frames the sun and adds to the focus of the line between the sun and fisherman. Nicely captured.

Hi Carlos. Excellent light !! You are a master with this kind of light. You work with this light perfectly. I like very much also the composition in this one, the diagonal lines with the "cañas" (I don't know the name in english), the land, and the big light in the center. Really, very very well.

Lovely shot Carlos, don't know how I missed that the other day. Fine classic compo with the fisherman placed perfectly in the frame. A shame the reflected sun burnt out part of the rod, but a minor detail.

This is a great scene, really. I tried to shot almost the same in Saint Tropez harbour, but I was less lucky than you with the result.

Yes, the colors are marvelous. Actually, that is what caught my eye first. The sky is breathtaking and I love the silver trail of the son on the water. Very nice!

Hola Carlos. Una gran composición. Has sabido esperar el momento y la posición del Sol hace que la foto sea bastante buena. Quizas en una posición más baja los colores habrían sido aún más suaves, pero con el Sol tan de frente habría sido más complicado sacar la foto. Un buen trabajo, felicidades.

Hello Carlos,
I love the mood of your shot! I myself find fishing really relaxing so I can relate to the picture. I thought at first that the brightness of the sun and its reflection on the sea as a bit distracting, but overall, I think it wouldn't achieve the same mood had it been darker. Great job!
