Photographer’s Note
With the arrival of Autumn less hours of light... humm, not good we think, but to have the last lights recorded as we have to wait less.
Yesterday I went down near the bay to try the Cokin set of filters I've bought recently.
I was trying to get something at the bay but the many boats passing at large where making the waters unsteady and blurring my photos as the boats were always moving, as so I turned my back to the bay and focused on the city and this dark sky.
Seixal was unexpectedly agited yesterday lots of persons near the bay, lots of kids at the park but not a single one on this photo.
This photo was taken with Cokin P153Grey ND4, Cokin P121L ND2 Grey and a skylight filter attached at the same time.
The result is the one you can see on the photo

Bonjour Paulo,
Regards.
Daniel.

Hi Paulo,
an image with a touch of "Magritte", great light and atmosphere. The effect of the combined filters is great. TFS

ric
p.s.- pois é, o Luís já me enganou...

Hi Paulo!
Excellent blue hour photo (my favourite hour of the day), excellent composition and framing, wonderful perspective! your light managment is perfect, the "blending" of natural and artificial light, flawless and the colours just brilliant! Congratulations!

The blue hour always the best time for such a shot paulo. You handled well here the light and got yourself a perfect exposure. Also good use of the pov and foreground quai.

Hi Paulo!
What a great composition with the wonderful light....a lovely pink hue to the light. The sky adds a lot too. The perspective of the walkway really works great. The building itself is gorgeous. Nice Work! cheers,
Steve

Hi Paulo. Great night shot. Your filters seem to work fine, the light is well managed. Good sharpness and detail also. The composition works well with the wharf to lead the eye into the scene. Nice work and thanks for sharing.
Have a good week, Paul.

Ola Paulo
Like the softness of the colours of the path & the overcast sky. The path invites us in to the well lit up house, bounded by excellent reflections on either side, of the lights. Interesting way & time to use the ND Grad. Good work my friend...well done!
Best Regards
Angshu
