Pedra da Anicha Photo

Photographer’s Note

My second photo of this little eiland of shore the beach Portinho da Arrabida. I learnd from Xuaxo that the name is Pedra da Anicha.
It was not a great beachday but we had the most beautifull light and cloudes to get some great pics.

Portinho da Arrabida is a beautiful beach, on a small bay, of the Arrábida Natural Park. The sea water is cristal clear. Just amazing!

The Arrábida Natural Park sits on the northern slope of the Sado River estuary in Portugal. The park was founded in 1976 and covers 108 square kilometres (41.7 miles²). The highest point in the park is marked by the Serra da Arrábida, 499 m (1637 ft) high. The park covers the Arrábida Hills, which mediterranean-like vegetation and microclimate resemble Adriatic locations such as Dalmatia.
In 2004, a fire destroyed a significant part of the park, which is now slowly recovering. (wikipedia)

Très belle composition - on doit se sentir bien seul sur cette petite ile - le ciel est magnifique, cependant je trouve le cadre un peu trop sévère à mon goût -

Another nice picture of Little Ann's Rock.
I like very much here the dramatic sky. I don't understand very well the foreground.

Oi Kik bonita foto com esta pequena ilha no Portinho da Arrabida ficou muito bem esta pedra em 1 plano o ceu ficou fantastico ,parabens!!!!

Hola amigo.
Muy buena imagen con un muy buen punto de vista y unos muy buenos colores.
Has seguido perfectamente la regla de los tercios y además le has dado mucha profundidad.

Nice photo. I loved the colors of the sky. The detail of the rock on the bottom gives also a nice touch of quality to the photo.

Note: Anicha is the name of my dog, I got to take her there :)

Yo Kik,

I like this well framed photo. the composition is interesting and well lined. I also like how you've left plenty of sky at the top of the horrizon, and in the foreground to have the coloured textured rock is a nice way to break up the picture.
