[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In architecture, gargoyles are grotesques with spouts which convey water away from the sides of buildings. The term originates from the French gargouille, originally the throat or gullet, and similar words derived from root gar, to swallow, the word representing the gurgling sound of water.

This is one on the Convent of Christ. In my simple opinion, this are wonderfull objects that in it's beauty, they perform a important job in a building's life.

Elisabete,

An interesting photo, maybe not one of my favorites from your galleri but it works anyway. I percieve a sort od sadness when I look at it, I don't know. Anyway, your B&W is great and the sharpness is good.

Why don't you try the same picture but in colour and from the front? Just a suggestion.
