This is the mine second foto about this teme:

Queluz is famous for the palace built by Dom Pedro III , in the rococo style, called "little Versailles". It is the most welcoming of the royal palaces and built in the XVIII century. Its gardens (Pensil or Neptuno and Azereiros), are attributed to the architect Robillion and the Dutch gardener Joseph van der Kolk, according to the then prevailing "French taste".
Besides the palace, there are in Queluz many interesting places that will catch attention of the first time visitors, such as megalithic monuments (2500 bC) and buildings from the centuries XIV, XVII and XVIII. Around the old nucleus of the city villas and houses sprung up at the beginning of this century used as summer houses.
With the city growth from the last 40 years, Queluz has, today, distinct places with theirs own names: Massamá, Casal do Olival, Monte Abraão, Pendão, Alto dos Moinhos, Casal dos Afonso and Bairro Conde Almeida Araújo (Chinelo) are some housing group around downtown. Today, the city has 3 parishes: Queluz, Monte Abraão and Massamá. Much can be discovered of the history and style found in the cobbled streets of Queluz

Hello Goncalo,

The clarity and sharpness are excellent. I like the composition with the statue in the foreground and the palace in the background. The trees form a perfect frame.

Excelente foto na sequência da bela série que tens vindo a mostrar com alguns dos mais 'consagrados' monumentos de Portugal.
Émuito boa a sensação de profundidade, que os diversos elementos que se podem ir apreciando ao longo da foto, provocam.
Muito bons detalhes, luz e atmosfera e, claro, um magnifico Palacio e respectivo jardim podem ser vistos na tua foto.

The sharpness and clarity are very good with nice lighting and color. Nice composition showing the statues in the FG with the palace in the BG nicely framed by the trees.

Hi Goncalo, that is really a wonderful artistic composition including all the figures in the fg. I like you light management very much and I guess that you did some PP on it that gives a nice atmosphere to the picture. The only small detail is the tilt to the left.

Interessante fotografia, rica em detalhes artísticos e arquitetônicos. Penso que a composição, com o céu nubluado, ficou bastante boa, mostrando um céu real.

Olá Gonçalo,

Este jardim é irrestível para fotos, não é?

Aproveitaste muito bem a luminosidade de inverno para criar uma atmosfera muito intensa e algo dramática, um efeito algo reforçado pelo surrealismo avant la lettre da estátua em primeiro plano.

Acho que está excelente, pelo que não dês demasiada importância aos pormenores que acho que eventualmente estarão menos bem:

A definição está "estranha" (USM?) e não sei se gosto assim muito.

Talvez por causa das nuvens e/ou enviesamento das horizontais em primeiro plano, parece que está inclinada para a esquerda - parece-me que é ilusão, pois o edifício do fundo está bem direito.

A estátua da sereia quase não tem visibilidade por causa da árvore detrás - duvido que se pudesse fazer alguma coisa, mas é um pormenor um bocadinho irritante.

A profundidade de campo da foto, desse jardim é muito bonita a clareza das cores a definição e contraste ficou perfeito. O céu tem uma atmosfera muito graciosa.

O contraste e definição estão perfeitos.
As cores estão muito bonitas.

A well disposed compo Goncalo where you used well the foreground statue to add epth to the final result. Strong, bold colours with the clouded sky at top further adds to the result
