Uma foto dum jardim em Oeiras que se vai tornando famoso no TE pelas tuas fotos e uma que me recordo do Luis Afonso.

Gosto desta luz intensa que banha o campo de girassois e contraste que cria com os edificios ao fundo.

This photo is very surprising for me! It looks like the nature has started to reconquer the space against the buildings built by the humans. There is something of a post-apocalyptic victory, in this shot! The bright light and vivid colors suggest a supreme exultation. This vegetal invasion from inside the city is very joyful. Great POV... I guess taken on bended knee?
A very original and positive way to celebrate the arrival of 2012.

con el punto de vista tan bajo has creado un interesante efecto gráfico, los girasoles se destacan en el primer plano con su vivo color amarillo, mientras los edificios aparecen por detrás, mezclados con el azul intenso del cielo.
La perspectiva y la profundidad de la imagen son un aspecto inportante en esta foto.

The splendid vibrant yellow of the giant sunflowers are wonderfully complimented by the cloudless blue sky.
The lush green plants contrast brilliantly with the flowers and sky.

i've been seeing alot of blue/yellow combinations lately on TE...i wonder whats going on.
yellows and blues are such a lovely combination together.
Personally, i have never photographed sunflowers, they look great here in the bright sunlight, and from the lower POV.
