Hi everyone,
I'm back from Lisbon I'm starting the series of photos from there with this classical image.
In my opinion, the most bohemian city of Europe. I love it even more after my second trip there.

Bonjour Daniel,

J'aime beaucoup l'effet d'entonnoir provoqué par cette rue étroite qui descend vers la mer. On suit des yeux le mouvement du tramway.

Olá Daniel,

I liked to have met you, but I was on vacation.

Very effective POV that renders great depth to this fine image. The narrow steep street is seen in great details and the yellow funicular and yellow houses adds brilliant color to this wonderful urban photo.

Hello Daniel,
Yes this is a classic and an irresistible shot for any photographer. The steep tracks give the picture superb depth and just for once the wires contribute nicely to the composition.
I agree that Lisbon is a very charming city, but you should really try Istanbul too if you haven't yet been there.

delightful composition,which conveys excellently the charming mood of Lisbon and especially its narrow,steep streets.What I like more about it is this pleasant,soft light giving a nice touch of "warmth" here.Classical view,but it can´t get bored.

The shooting angle and framing is so impressive with excellent omnipresent of yellowish dominating the scene rendering a special ambient. The exposure is fine throughout with lots of detail and lovely how this narrow street leads all the way down entending the immense depth while the tram adds pespective and context to the scene Really evocative shot, a wonderful insight and you have successfully conveyed the feel of this remarkable old place. A win shot, my friend. Well done

Wonderfully cahrming take on the old world beauty. The Tram rolling down the street. The cobblestoned walk-way .. the old reanisance mood of the seriese of buildings caught in the web of the electrical wires of the tram-lines.... The coulours are saturated at an optimum level so that the tone could been kept soft.

Excellent composition Daniel - your POV couldn't be better. I like the long sweeping look down the road with both buildings, tracks and cables all converging in the distance. Yes, I saw this yellow tram a few times on the TE photos.

Daniel,
This too is one of my favourite places. Usually the tangle of wires would be seen as a distraction, but you have captured it all in such a way that the wires become an important element. Nicely composed with all the direction leading down the hill while the centre of interest is at the top.

Wonderful atmospheric photo, this one makes me want to go to Lisbon instantly.
Great POV and superb warm light. Waiting for the tram to include in the frame just makes it a real eye catcher.
