Photographer's Note

Cascais is a coastal town in Cascais Municipality in Portugal, 30 kilometres west of Lisbon, with about 35,000 residents. It is a cosmopolitan suburb of the Portuguese capital and one of the richest municipalities in Portugal. The former fishing village gained fame as a resort for Portugal's royal family in the late 19th century and early 20th century. Nowadays, it is a popular vacation spot for both Portuguese and foreign tourists. It is located in the Estoril Coast (named after Estoril, a civil parish), in the Greater Lisbon subregion.

Hello Daniel,

Only the eye of a photographer would have noticed this! It is the sort of pattern that perception plays games with! One minute it is a zigzag pattern, next it is hexagons!
Very sharply captured and well composed.

J'aime beaucoup la construction de l'image. Le point de vue est superbe ainsi que le cadrage. Les couleurs ressortent parfaitement sous cette belle lumière. L'effet est très graphique.

Among them I pick up this one, very original, playing with the high contrast between the gray roofs in the shade at the FG and the high lights on the blue/white stripes on the 3 houses
