Photographer’s Note
Cabo da Roca, the most western point of Europe... We spent 1 hour here in this wonderful place, where you can realize the braveness of the men, who dared to enter this endless ocean. They did not know what expects them... but they showed spirit.
During 1 hours I experienced any kind of weather except snow. This panorama stitched from 5 photos was created during lucky 5 minutes.
Bus number 203 going from Sintra to Cascais stops there. If you buy "Lisboa card" in Lisbon, then the trains from Lisbon both to Sintra and to Cascais are free of charge.

Hello Jiri
This is really a beautiful photo, I saw this place once in a new years celebration, but nothing more.
The finished result here is just great. I usually don't like the tilt and cirves of a panorama like this, but I really have to admit that this one looks great.
Beautiful mix of colours and alots of public to put the things and sizes into perspective.
Excellent work.

Hi Jiri,
Very well done! Guess 5 pictures in portrait, but you did not use a tripod for that one?? Then you have been really lucky, and you have a really steady hand, to get 5 pictures that can be stitched :-).
I like the way it looks like the end of the world. Remembers me of the REM song 'It's the end of the world as we know it'.
Nice one! Dennis

Very interesting and unique perspective of this famous place. I really like the composition with the super panoramic crop. I was there just a couple days ago, but didn't get any shots near this cool. Well done.

Ryan

Hello Jiri,
Now you have to go to the North cap ;o)
A nice wide view (I suppose a stich of some pictures?) with a good sky and a nice catching element with the right building.

Didier

I really like this type of land and seascape (and also cloudscape in this case), and the lighthouse is so photogenic, the wide stitch makes a nice curve of the path.
