I'm not a big fan of this design, in fact it is a little conventional circuit of tourist visiting Lisbon. In addition it is a building that I can not find photogenic, it is picked up on the wrong side of the shore and suddenly ... suddenly ... I tried another approach ... you have to judge!.
Nearby there was also the opportunity to see this plane.
The Belém Tower was built on the banks of the Tagus in the parish of Santa Maria de Belém between 1515 and 1521 by King Manuel I of Portugal to guard the entrance to Lisbon harbor.

Hello Jean Philippe,
beautiful postcard from Lisbon(I have similar photo in my gallery).
Nicely framed with the tree on the left and with beautiful,well-contrasting colors.
Have a nice day

Salut Jean Philippe,
ton but est atteint, l'arbre crée l'équilibre et du coup, le bâtiment parait moins massif. Les couleurs sont belles ,l'ombre au sol ainsi que l'arbre apportent du relief à la photo.

Bonsoir Jean Philippe,
One of Lisboa most notable monuments, I saw it first as the airplane turn towards landing, at night - ythan the next day we were around.
Great POV taken with the tree on side's, exquisite fine details in good depth and clarity.
Hoistory about everywhere in this city - but this tower fascinated me from childhood with the stories about the world-discoverers.
