Another photo of Safira! This one was taken this Spring and this time it has almost no poppies at all.
Safira is an abandoned village and this is what's left of the 16th century church, devoted to Our Lady of Nativity . Besides the church, there are still ruins of several different houses that were abandoned a few decades ago.

Une jolie composition verticale très bien équilibrée avec les nuages blancs répondant aux petites fleurs de même couleur.

what I like about this place in the spring is the fact that even ruins can look more cheerful in this scenery. The meadow full of daisies provides very pretty foreground which brings so much life to the composition and the bright blue sky with some tiny clouds create good background. Simple but effective framing and very rich colors are big strengths of this picture.

This photo may look simple, but its simplicity is what struck me most. I like the presence of the poppies as your FG that definitely added interest to this ruined 16th century church...and the blue sky made this image such a delight to the eyes. Very lovely composition!

J'aime beaucoup ce cadrage vertical fait tout en finesse, comme de la dentelle. Les fleurs blanches sur le sol sont superbes et la ruine pose encore fièrement devant ce très beau ciel.

This is another fine shot from the same area with good potential as shown, i like your in-depth thought about this image there a striking balance between them and how well they blend. The joy of bright spring time has brightened up this place and the sadly derelict church. i love the tones, deep blue sky and above all I love the serenity of this capture. Great lens work, Congrats

This is a beautifully rustic image. The ruined house blends so well with the field of flowers.
A really charming image.
Kind Regards, Ann

Ciao cara Ana
You have a talent for finding these wonderful characteristic ruins. This one in particular, of an old chapel, is very compelling and attractive. Suberin colours, light management and a great low POV. Well done, thanks for sharing.
