Photographer’s Note
Church Santa Barbara do Degebe,built next to the national route 254,at Degebe,this small church dedicated to Saint Barbara shows characteristics that are typical of rural religiousarchitecturefrom the end of the 18th century.
Its discreet façade adorned with a semi-circular lintel,conserves,inside its rectangular plan,a modest niche with the image of the patron saint in polycrome terracota,in the style of the period of king João V (1706-17509.
