Photographer’s Note

Évora

With little more than 50 a thousand inhabitants, Évora fascinates for the history and the balance of the urban landscape. Its historical center, classified for UNESCO since 1986 as “Heritage of the Humanity”, is considered a model of preservation of the vestiges of the past, although in it to inhabit more than 18 thousand people.
To who Évora visit one sends regards that, before seeing the walls (it surrounds new dated of séc. XIV), it admires the Aqueduct of the Water of Silver, whose construction retraces the 1574 and brought water of the Favour of the Divor for the Square of the Giraldo, now practically revenged in virtue of the modification and the modernization of the accesses to the city.

uma bonita mostra de Évora nessa imagem, parece ser um daqueles locais bem tranquilos onde vemos as senhoras na calçada proseando. Gostei das cores de sua captura, bem fortes.

Uma paisagem bem característica desta região de Portugal. O céu bem azul destaca as edificações. Luz e sombra foram bem manejadas. Esta foto tem vários pontos que merecem fotos em separado, sabia? Estas janelas, à esquerda, dariam um belo detalhe; aquela luminária, ao fundo, à direita, também. Creio que se voltares lá, com certeza vai fazer novas capturas. Bela mostra. Um abraço, Consuelo

des couleurs très vives et appétissantes dans des lumières parfaites, un bon cadrage mais de règlages en focale qui laissent apparaitre de la distortion que tu aurais-pu un rien redresser.

In this photo emphasize highly tones and composition from the point of view you use. But ... There are two things that I do not like: the inclination so pronounced on the left side, as well as cables that are displayed .. and part of the facade that faces on the right side. I think we could have it back, but all are tastes of everyone, my friend.

uma rua portuguesa com certeza..Gostei muito das cores e da luz. Em portugal nunca perco fotos, a luz de verão me parece sempre a melhor para tudo. gostaria de ver um outro pov mostrando a curva da viela da direita, creio que daria outra bela imagem

Bela mostra deste lugar histórico que, pela sua nota, entende-se ser mantido com esmero. Deve ser um lugar de difícil composição fotográfica pela estreiteza das ruas, mas você conseguiu um bom resultado. Gosto imenso do WS mostrando a Catedral.

The medieval part of the town has been well portrayed here. Good framing achieved between the facades of the two buildings in the FG. The perspective distortion is a bit noticeable but Pat has already done a WS. Lovely place with wonderful colours under the deep blue sky!
