The old windmill Photo

Photographer’s Note

This is an old windmill that exists in the region of Castro Verde, very close to Aracelis, the church I've already posted here. They are two and they are in ruins now. Around them there are olive trees, eucalyptus and also rock roses, the shrub we can see here.

Essa contrução está parecendo mais uma velha caixa-d'água que um monhi de vento, pois além do formato redondo está no alto de um morro!
Boas cores e nitidez, da pra ver cada pedrinha!

I like the window in the wind mill, i can see some tree since there, another nice thing sis the contrast of the depp blue sky and the rocks of this windmill.

This image under the mill is very interesting. It emphasizes well this windmill, a building rather low, but it is in high hill and the wind was to be sufficient. Very beautiful ochre color of the stone in this greenery. The whole on a beautiful blue sky. Superb realization.

Strong colours and harsh light with excellent contrasts. I can not resist, a wonderful blue sky and some stone textures before that. Lovely and good placement of the ruin.

Great composition with an nice POV. The lighting and colors are very nice here with good sharpness and detail. The great blue sky tends to dominate this shot but that is fine with me!

The monument is nicely placed, well to the left of center Ana. You have a nice, friendly Mediterranean light with it's rich colour.

That is an old construction, or what is left of it!
My eyes are caught by the beautuiful colour palette, working so well together here...
