Photographer’s Note
I’ve already talked about Castro Verde and the “Campo Branco” – fields that have been been transformed by man in order to transform them into the "barn of Portugal". The fields of this region are the fields of the big crops and also of many difference species of birds - a real paradise for birdwatchers and a protected area. This is one of the photos I’ve taken there before the spring comes. Anyway, it gives an idea of how they look like and of their dimension.

Oi Ana!

the winding path leads through this pleasant view. Wonderful composition with a good third for the sky, a fine balanced end with trees and the path and the fence to create the lead to the end. Nice natural colours and sharpness.

Hello Ana,
The rolling valley and hills, the bucolic fields of Castro Verde — Indeed they look inviting. The trees in the distance look like olive trees, and there is always a sense of mystery whenever a road or foot path trails off into the distance, meandering, and getting narrower. Nicely conceived and implimented photo.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend,
Bulent

Hi Anabela,
You really show us different sides of Portugal. I love this peaceful country-side scene. Excellent composition with the winding road through the hilly landscape. Superb sharpness and lovely natural colours.

Oi Ana,
Wagner.

hello Ana,
so simply and so fascinating. I'd like it so much, if I wouldn't be there! I travelled through whole Alentejo region and loved those open fields with cork trees. love it!
