Photographer's Note

This is my second shot of Our Lady of the Castle, the same little church I've shown some days ago, framed by the arch with the red roses.
Our lady of the Castle is the most important place of worship of Aljustrel, a small town not far from Beja. Situated on the top of a hill, this 16th century little hermitage is devoted to Our Lady of the Castle, because in this place we can still find the ruins of an old castle from the Islamic period.Inside the church, there are still the remains of a rock where it is said that Our Lady has once appeared.
