Photographer’s Note
I don't like them to eat, too astringent if still a bit green, too sweet when ripe.
But I like them to photograph :)

Hello José,
I share your views about the persimmons. You have created a simple but very attractive picture of them with few but pure colours and a suitable background. Good pictures don't have to be complicated.
Best regards,
Gert

Hi Jose,
For me, the both are good: to see your photo and to eat them! Unfortunately, it did not grow in my country. But we can find some from Spain on the markets. Thanks for this sunny shot. Happy new year,
Catherine

Hello Jose,
The light ws maybe not too bright, but the colors are well contrasted and the textures nicely rendered... not my favorite fruit either, but not the worst i tried!
Best wishes for 2009!

Hi Jose....!
The hold of this photo is it's sharpness, very very good.Colors and light are too humble.(Which enhances the shot)
I furthermore, liked the contrast of green and orange.Nice idea.Simple yet very attractive photo.
(Best of luck for future and TFS)

Hello Jose, in turkish we call this fruit "Trabzon hurması" means "Date of Trabzon", which is one of the important towns on the Eastern Black Sea coast of Turkey. However, this fruit is mostly grown in the Mediterranean region of Turkey.
Personally I don't like its taste but as far as I heard from a doctor, it's one of the healtiest fruits with its multi-vitamin content and fiber-rich characteristics.
Nice photo.
Best regards, Tolga
