Situated in the mount of Saint Luzia , the basilica was constructed in the beginning century XX, a copied of the Sacré Couer de Monmartre, in Paris. Ex-libris of the city of Viana do Castelo, is an obligator visit for the beauty of the church and the extraordinary one seen that from there if it can observe on the estuary of the river Lima, the city and the sea.

Bona nit Gonçalo,
impressive approach to show to us to the beauty and magnitude of the architecture.
Image of great vertigo! The contrast of colors is sensational, the grayish ones of the facade of the basilica resist with the bluish tonalities of the statue and reflections in crystals of him vault. Image of great beauty and a worthy artistic treasure of admiration!

Wonderful prespective catches the blue saint looking down as we look up at the beautiful marble columns seen in excellent detail and the magnificent window catching a stunning reflection of the deep blue sky. Wonderful colors and sharpness to this fine composition.

Olá Gonçalo, a luz nesta é estranha mas que combina bem com o tema. Gosto bastante do POV e composição apertada. A imagem trasmite um ambiente santificado sem dúvida.

Interesting pov and realization, despite a strange (almost dark) light. The symmetry is perfect and the pov makes it a little abtract in a certain way. That's OK to me.

Great composition and pov for this lovely architecture view. Very sharp details in contrast texture to bring out fine craftmanship of work. I like this low angle shot. TFS, well done.

É estranho como a falta de contraste e o excesso de azul (que talvez pareça mais exagerado do que é na realidade) resultam tão bem. O enquadramento apertado e impecavelmente simétrico está divinal (este adjectivo parece-me especialmente adequado ao assunto).
