To celebrate International Women's Day, I chose this photo taken on dock at Porto. A woman aged still at work.
Celebrated annually on March 8, the theme of International Women's Day 2014: "Equality for women is progress for all people."
This year's International Women's Day was celebrated on 7 March 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the United Nations in New York on the eve of the 58th session of the Commission on the Status of Women, which began on 10 Mars. The Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, the former Secretary of State of the United States, Hillary Rodham Clinton, the Executive Director of UN Women, Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, among other dignitaries, all participated in the event.

Such a good capture on Women's Day. Aged, wrinkled body but still strong enough to carry with the livelihood. Nicely composed with good sharpness.
Thanks for comments on my pic.

You're capturing well this scene by a good composition and excellent tone, so it's interesting and impressive to see the spectacle in which the elederly woman is doing work of dress and ornaments in the workshop. She is visible to a substantial countenance. The whole is harmonized well by a good arrangement and the beautiful color combination combined black, white, blue and red etc. You chose a good photo in International Women's Day. A woman's advance in society should welcome for sufficiency of a woman's economical independence and an intellectual inquisitive mind.
