Photographer’s Note
The village of Óbidos guard centuries of history between its walls. With a vast heritage of religious architecture and monumental historical traces, the village of kings and queens was in other times, local preference for rest or refuge from the disagreements of the Court. D. John D. IV and Luisa Guerra, D. Pedro II and D. Mary I, D. Leonor, D. Catherine of Austria and D. Carlos, were among the monarchs who passed through these lands leaving in one way or another, marks the town still remains. The origin of the town of Óbidos back to the first century, the city of Eburobrittium. Romans, Visigoths and Arabs were people who marked presence in these parts. The year 1148 marks the conquered from the Moors of Obidos, and in 1210 donated by D. Afonso II to Queen Urraca. The first county Óbidos is established in 1636 and, seven years later, D. John IV sends back the walls repair

Olá Jose,
Un pueblo muy bonito. Me gusta la composición que por encima de los tejados nos lleva por las calles hasta el castillo. La luz es buena y los colores excelentes, aunque le falta un poco de definición.
