Photographer’s Note

Hola Charo,
By the notes you have offered this area sounds like a fossil hunter's dream. Once a sea and now a lake. Was this always with water, or did man develop the waterway?
Betwen the workshop photo and the main image, there is a drastic difference in the reservoir's appearance, both have beautiful qualities caught through your eyes,
Excellent post as usual from CHARO...

Hi Charo
There is a nice layering of sky, land, water then land again. The exposure was well handled as was the DOF.

Hi Charo,
The tall dam makes a fine lead-in to the beautiful blue lake that contrast so brilliantly with the lush green hillside.
Love the richly textured details to the foreground rocks.

hi Charo
A very nicely captured view of the dam and taken with good light for this POV. From where you shoot, it must be high rocks too. The dam looks like built in the rocky region and using the source of water for power or drinking. Very interesting note about Ponsul.

Hi Charo.
Excellent POV. I like the two different plan. The front of the entire stone and the background is a green forest in the hills. An interesting construction of this dam

Ciao Charo,

Tous mes compliments,
Amicalement,
Emilius
