Hi!

On my first and very fast visit to the city of Castelo Branco, I'd only time to visit this place: " The Paço Episcopal Garden", a very beautiful baroque style garden.
This detail is the Kings Stairs and represents the portuguese kings from the first and second dinasty. The first statue at the center top is Conde D. Henrique, the father of the first portuguese king D. Afonso Henriques.

I hope to go there another time to visit better this city.

Great symmetry and a good pov. The capture of the shadows up the stairs is a nice feature that add some depth and a 3D effect to the scene. The repetitive and graphic nature of the stairs gives a good pattern to the shot too. Well done.

realmente este jardim é muito interessante, eu o conheço há décadas e sempre me maravilho quando lá vou, o odor das plantas me faz voltar no tempo. Esta escadaria é mesmo interessante, belas cores. O POV é um tanto comum mas muito difícil fugir dele

Nice picture with a nice perspectif giving out to a clear blue sky. Very Royal stairs ! I've been in Portugal but never got to this place.

Olá Aida,
Belissima perspectiva desta escadaria com as estatuas em pedra. Gosto do ponto de vista e das cores.
Estava justamente para publicar uma foto deste local mas de outro angulo.
