Bishop´s Palace Photo

Photographer’s Note

Dear all,

In Background we can see Bishop´s Palace. I took this photo from Playful Park of the Castelo Branco city, without tripod. I enjoyed this big tank with waterfalls.

Within the palace is the Museu Francisco Tavares Proença Júnior, displaying amongst the sacred objects some fine examples of silk-embroidered bedspreads from the region. These bed covers have been produced in this area for several hundred years and are know as "colchas".

There are also (archaeological finds, 16th-century tapestries, etc.), the Religious Art Museum, the handsome Cruzeiro de S. João (15th-century cross) and all of the old town.

bonjour,
bonnes couleurs de fin de soirée. Au niveau cadrage, une prise de vue de face aurait permis de dégager l'entrée qui cache le côté gauche du batiment.

Excellent low lighting photography. The slow exposure has dramatic effect on the water. The angle of the shot was also perfect giving the subject a good perspective. Well done!

I like the warm cold color opposition of blue & yellow. Superb sharpness & lighting, with a good time exposure to add some motion blur to the water. I also like the silvery sheen in the fg water. Parabens & obrigado!

Great night shot and without a tripod. Very well delivered and framed. I like the sky which looks like blue velvet. The catchment of light in the water is nice too. Great detail and nice sharpness on the building. Good work.

A nice try at the blue hour photo shooting, I like the sky color that is quite intense on this one, interestingly the color of the building is not too warm as it often gets in night photos.

Olá Aires,
Mais uma bela imagem nocturna, com um resultado impressionante para 1/2s (?) de exposição sem tripé (terás apoiado nalgum sítio), uma vez que a definição da imagem está muito boa. As cores estão fantásticas, especialmente aquele azul do céu e o efeito luminoso da água da fonte. Eventualmente o POV e a composição poderiam ser mais perfeitos, mas ainda assim esta imagem é excelente!
