Photographer’s Note
One of the "politics transport" in Portugal after deactivating railways was to transform them in cycleways.
We may think of parks as patches green ways as corridors; a notion implying "movement" between 2 points and the displacement of people, animals , seeds or water...
Unfortunately the "solution" WAS only economical and political...

Rui,

Very well composed image along the cycle path looking through the trees which gives a tunnel effect. It lacks sharpness though. Possibly 1/45 second was just too slow to hold still at 300mm. Nevertheless the light in the "tunnel" and the various shades of green are very attractive.

Hi Rui,
It sure looks like a nice cycle path. Your POV works well and even if the picture is a bit blurred you tend to focus on the end of the path where see some light. Good work!

Rui,
I was wondering about the lack of sharpness pretty much through the whole shot and couldn't figure out what it was. Finally looking into the camera setting I had an idea. 300m focal length with a 1/45s exposure is a killer. There is no hand that can stand stioll enough to avoid any blurr. You need to use a tripod for such setting. The composition is really very good and the text reminds me of the stupidity that was done in California several decades ago. The whole state had a pretty good raliway system and the car industry bought everything and dismanteled it completely. Now we are all 100% dependable on our cars.
Regards, Peter
