Crop yields and animal productivity in Portugal are well below the EU average because of low agricultural investment, minimal mechanization, little use of fertilizers, and the fragmented land-tenure system.

The main crops grown in Portugal are cereals (wheat, barley, corn [maize], and rice), potatoes, grapes (for wine), olives, and tomatoes.

Olá Rui,
Por aqui é epoca de milho verde, assado, cozido e feito de todo jeito.Algumas pessoas plantam às margens dos rios e o cultivo é bem rudimentar. Esta plantação a perder de vista está bela com todo esse verde.

I like the low angle of your capture and those very vivid colors. Also that you follow the 2/3 ratio that makes your panoramic composition very attractive to the eye
