[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The North Coast, which unlike the South Coast Riviera is exposed to the westerlies in winter (1), is nevertheless blessed with one of the mildest climates in the world (2) and consequently also prime agricultural land. (3)

The relief of the central section being relatively flat, puts it on top of the list for immediate destruction.
A last glimpse at the land of milk and honey before it is covered with concrete.

1- Which means it is the surf side of the island.

3- Best illustrated by being home to the world's only tea plantation facing the ocean, which is also the world's lowest elevation tea plantation and the world's only subtropical tea plantation not located in Asia.
