A mi-chemin entre Ribeira Brava au Sud et São Vincente au Nord, Serra de Agua est un petit village pittoresque à flanc de montagne situé au pied des plus magnifiques montagnes de Madère. C’est à Serra de Agua que fut construite la première centrale hydro-électrique de Madère en 1953.

Halfway between Ribeira Brava in the south and São Vincente in the north, Serra de Agua is a lovely little hillside village located at the bottom of the most beautiful mountains of Madeira. Madeira’s first hydroelectric power plant was built in Serra de Agua in 1953.

Magnifique vue de Serra da Agua . C'est assurément un des villages de Madère situé dans la plus bel environnement montagneux . Je posterai bientôt une vue de cet endroit , mais pris d'un peu plus haut .

This is an amazing landscape shot. The terraces and houses add good lines and points of interest for the shot. The curving road creates a sense of direction. The lighting and colors are great and the photo has amazing sharpness and DOF. The great blue sky provide fine contrast for the green scene.

Bonjour Christian.
Composition merveilleuse de ce paysage accidenté, ce qui contraste les pentes escarpées des montagnes, avec la paix plaisante rayonnant à partir du village, en bas dans la vallée.
Une couleur superbe, avec une bonne luminosité et la netteté, de s'attarder sur les détails de l'image.
