Hi Bruno, and welcome to TE!

What a lovely capture of one of my favourite places on my favourite island! This was taken across the Lagoa Verde, not so? This is, next to Lagoa do Fogo, one of the most magical places on Sao Miguel and you captured the serenity and the beauty of the lake so well! That warm light on the soft green always gives me intense saudades.

Welcome to TE community!

You have posted a fine landscape shot showing such lush green valley with superb reflections on still water.

Fantastic pov and composition, with good metering exposure. The fresh green slope running down diagonally is an attractive element across the frame.

You gave good thought in composing this view, including the bridge.

I would only bring up 2 points to avoid if I were to shoot this scene
.the tiny leaves at left frame
.the washed-out sky (go back to re-shoot another fine day)

Oi Bruno,

Uma foto muito linda, com tons de verdes maravilhosos e um reflexo perfeito. A luz na regiao da ponte esta lindissima. So uma dicazinha, na composicao, voce poderia ter abaixado mais para ter mais do reflexo e evitar o ceu que nao acrescenta nenhum detalhe interessante e esta um pouco superexposto. Outra opcao seria ter cortado a parte superior da foto.

Very Nice! A great sense of place. Never seen it from that angle before! It makes me think I could see either a horse & buggy on the road or a luxury touring vehicle, maybe both! The dappled sunlight helps center the focus well. Great shot!
