Beauty Country Nature at Faial - Azores Photo

Photographer’s Note

This is a Return after my previous weekend Pause to my Azores Posts and Travelogue.

In my Photo Information YOU have two WS-Workshops that are complementary or near views and are also good important ways of comunicate and share information. The first one WS1 - is a capture of the local in a different enquadrement with the sky and sea at distance. The second WS2 - Is a approaching angle to this nice Cow drinking and living good nature.

Aditional information: ISO = 64 and Focal Lenght = 198mm and a few Contrast and Gamma decrease at PP.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These pictures were taken near Midday with the Sun rays near my backwords what means in many situations a Over-exposure and bright area result, because the sun rays are directly to your scenery. Good light and weather conditions. These beautiful Islands are located in the vast Atlantic Ocean somewhere half a way between Europe and North America.

These Islands are part of the five Central Islands, that are visited all the year for several thousand of tourists and sea navigators from all the world. It's like a world navigation network AND you can see here also the important Horta Marina!

NOTE: The current Travel Serie would be these particular Atlantic Islands with harmonious mountains, sea scenery, walles and dolphins, cows with milk and excelent cheese for all the world, Good Wine from Pico, great wonderfull volcanic sceneries and nature and I will try to catalog in different selective ways to post.

These are natural and preserved nature wonders that have Sailors, Solitaire navigators and important world tourism and preserved Sportiv Game-Fishing with people linked to United States, Canada, Brazil, Europe and also naturally to Continental Portugal.

Bonjour Fernando,
surprenant paysage des acores, cela ressemble plus aux campagnes de chez nous.
Le POV est très bon et nous montre une vaste étendue agréablement valonnée et remplie de pâturages.
J'aime beaucoup les murs de pierres.

Olá Fernando, gostei da composição, muito engraçada a vaca bebendo água!

Só achei a foto um pouco overexposed na parte superior, muita claridade deixando com um aspecto de desbotado.

Mas gostei do visual final!

Que cena mais linda, bucólica, o gado indo beber em uma bela fonte cercada de flores! Que animais de sorte, poderem viver em um ambiente de tanta beleza. As outras duas fotos também estão lindas, uma mais próxima e outra com uma vista mais panorâmica. Gosto das três. Tecnicamente excelentes - nitidez, cores, luminosidade ponto de vista, profundidade - mas o mais importante é que é um lugar mágico.

Hi Fernando. I do really like the workshop of the cow and reflections but it would need a levels adjustment to restore clarity. This view is truly beautiful. I could sit there for eternity taking it in. Nice shot Fernando!

Peaceful pastoral scene. I like the high POV to show a wide section of the countryside. Despite the narrow DOF there is sharpness throughout the image. It's interesting to see the drystone walling that is used a lot in Northern England. The close up of the cow with its drinking fountain is quite funny I think.

Je devine le voile atmosphérique sur l'arrière-plan. Cela donne une variation légère sur le vert des arbres par rapport à la première rangée.
Une composition intéressante parfaitement réussie.
Essayez dans la mesure du possible de photographier à des heures plus matinales, vous aurez des surprises.

Adivinho a vela atmosférica sobre o fundo. Aquilo dá uma variação ligeira sobre o verde das árvores em relação ao primeiro alinhamento. Uma composição interessante perfeitamente bem sucedida. Tenta na medida do possível fotografar à horas mais matinais, terá surpresas.

You have selected a very nice vantage point to show this lovely scene. I love the way the trees criss-crossing each other leaving patches of pastures in between. The colours in the foreground are superb and the cows tell the story of the area. Excellent shot!! All the best.

Good mountain view here. The perspective is excellent granting a good depth to the composition. The light was very strong as the meadow in foreground shows ( a bit of overexposure).
But well done anyway!

The high POV and the excellent depth create a wonderful landscape composition. I like the cows in the foreground as they drinking water from the cistern. Very well done!

I like your composition here, Fernando! The workshop with the cow is especially pleasing to me. The "rivers" of trees works nicely to bring a unified whole to the image.

The cows and mini pound made me surprise,because I didn't notice to them in thumbnail,but now,I see another,indeed beautiful and lovely place and very well captured,Fernando,well composed and Thanks for sharing,

What a beautiful scenery with the farmland. Lovely view at the fields and bushes of blossoming flowers. Nice perspective,very good colors and interesting note as usual. Excellent work!
