Terceira of approximately elliptical form, Terceira it has 381,96 Km² of surface and the dimensions are maximum of 29 km of length and 17,5 km of width. Plateaus with soft salience of mountain range of the top, dominate the part This of the island. The central zone is marked by the great e low crater of the Boiler of Guilhermo Moniz and by the set of rises of the Mountain range of the Labaçal, that has its bigger altitude in High Pico (808 m). Ocidente develops the mountainous system of the vast crater of the mountain range of Saint Bárbara, with maximum altitude of the island (1,021 m). The island Terceira this situated a 27º 12º of Longitude West and 38º 40º of Latitude North.
The economy of Terceira, seats over all in the farming one and the industria of benefitting of the products created in its territory. It possesss two ports in its two cities, Angra Do Heroísmo and Praia da Vitória, where situated the international airport and the Air base of the Lages. The Angra Do Heroismo is the oldest açoriana city (1534) and at the same time headquarters of the diocese, erected in 1534.

Goncalo, nice shot, really gives a feel for the lay of the land. Detail is really good, I find it interesting that you are +2EV, I am always shooting -EV to try and get more saturation. Well seen.

Olá Gonçalo,
Uma bela imagem das hortas e campos da Terceira. Acho que a foto ficaria melhor com um pouco menos de luminosidade.

Quanto à localização das fotos de Angra, acho que era melhor pores apenas Angra do Heroísmo, pois quando se vai fazer uma busca procura-se apenas isso e não "Terceira-Angra do Heroismo". Além disso sugiro que corrijas nesta, pois em "Heroísmo" tens uma gralha com "n" em vez de "m".

Ola Goncalo. This makes me think a little about the terraces I saw in the Andes. It's an attractive puzzle of shades of green. It looks like a very nice place an I like how it all stops at the blue of the sea. Great note!
