Hello Teresa,

I like this shot very much. The crowded metro station presented in B&W, the young woman dressed in a bright outfit serving as a highlight, the composition with crowds of travelers, all work in concert.

she stands out so well with her white outfits and her big smile... the ceiling is the killer factor here, adding a lot of charm to the whole compo... very nice again teresa...

Excellent work. I like the gritty quality in the image. It has a clautrophobic atmosphere. Makes one go away to breathe some fresh air and enjoy free space. The repetitive patterns on the ceiling and along the bar add a touch of elegance.

Man, Teresa...
You've turned this into a high quality film shot. The grain is outstanding, and that grey scale is so unlikely in digital photos. Yet, here it is... The composition of the photo is so well thought out, the curving lines of the ceiling, the verticals of the lamps and wall texture to the right. Finally, the chaotic atmosphere of the people circling above. This crowded world sums up the subway for me...

Wlasnei czytam Parsonsa = podobny klimat glownych momentow. I kadr bardzo mi podszedl. Pan i Pani na dworcu posrod innych. Ile moze tu byc jeszcze uczuc?

Swietne jest to zdjecie !!!
Najwieksze wrazenie robi tutaj na mnie ta kopula, oraz szeroki i wysoki kadr, napielas sie na maksa !

What a metro station this is!
I am always jealous upon seeing metro stations from other countries in the world. Compared the them, Istanbul metro is like a narrow worm hole :((
Great use of the ceiling architecture. The depth is also very good.

So, Warsaw has also its grand, magnificent metro stations like other places which have been under the Soviets' regime !
I was surprised when opening the thumb to realise where this was taken : the spirals of the ceiling are splendid and I like the white, smiling woman slowly walking there as if inside the grand ballroom of some old, big and fancy ship !
My imagination is really working with this photo, I love it !
