[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
KROKE (which means Kraków in Yiddish) was formed in 1992 by three friends, graduates of Kraków Academy of Music: Jerzy Bawoł (accordion), Tomasz Kukurba (viola) and Tomasz Lato (double bass). The group members completed all stages of standard music education, including jazz and modern music. KROKE began to play music which was deeply set in Jewish tradition, and strongly influenced by Balkan music, to enrich it later on with Oriental and Indian sounds, elements of jazz and world music, creating their own characteristic style.

I like the composition, but I feel this really needs the contrast pulled back... at least on the skin tones.

Hej!
Ale dzisiaj dałeś portret. Ciekawy to musi być gościu. Jednak szkoda, zę nie widać całej twarzy. Akordeon powinien trochę niżej zjechać. Ale sama kompozycja jest ciekawa.

Ciekawy kadr oddajacy charakter muzyki... Fajne swiatlo i kolorki. Glebia ostrosci pracuje tutaj tez. Podoba sie.

Dobra fotka , swietnie uchwyciles tego goscia , swietne swiatlo i jakosc ale co tu duzo pisac takim szkielkiem, mozna cuda robic .

uhum... stonowanie kontrastów pewnie by pomogło zmniejszyć prześwietlenie ale z drugiej strony - ciekawie by było, jakby tak "polonezowato" poziągnąć kontrastu jeszcze bardziej, zapodać cz/b, wtopić troche ziarna i ....
ale za sam kadr już niskie ukłony...
na pewno zaskakuje innością to zdjęcie...

Witaj Wojtku, interesujący skład tego zespołu, ciekawa jestem jaka jest muzyka. Bardzo ładne zdjęcie akordeonisty. Chociaż akordeon bardziej mi się kojarzy z muzyką francuską niz zydowską.

Zdravo Wojtek. Clever composition. Great use of shapes and light.Lovely harmony in colour- black hat & accordion;red shape on wall, red ear.The light on the face does a wonderful job of accentuating the look of concentration or an escape to another reality.My compliments Wojtek. Has KROKE released a CD as yet? I am most interested in the blend of styles.Pozdrawiam. Klaudio.
