Photographer’s Note

This is another photo taken during my autumn holidays 2006 in polish Tatra mountains. Pictured here is the 'Czerwony Grzbiet' (Red Rib) - mountain in my favoutrite part of Tatra called 'Czerwone Wierchy'. High mounatins, wide open areas and spectacular views. It was a real 'indian summer' day, very warm and sunny end of September, I remember the sky was clear when we left Zakopane in the morning. Clouds started to build up around the afternoon and the evening was quite stormy. At the time this photo was taken it was still very warm but You could feel the electricity and smell in the air before storm. When You look closer You can find tiny hikers walking at the top of the Rib. I miss Tatra when I look at those photos, I hope I will manage to visit it during autumn this year.
