The rich colours struck me first - I like the warmth in the light in what must be such a cold place. Was it like this, or have you warmed it in post perhaps. I see you used a 30 sec shutter, so streetlight ambience would be my guess as to the warmth. So many lines as well, from the gates, the buildings and the many windows. It would look nice if you fixed the convergence that is visible in both the gate and the buildings.

Do you have another shot where you can see a little more of the back building? The angle of the gate gives the sense of a diagonal line which leads the eye in, but it doesn't take us anywhere.. other than another little gate, which makes the picture worthy of its namesake.
