Photographer's Note

After sad Auschwitz-Birkenau images the main part of my Poland´s visit comes. The royal city of Kraków.
Favourite name of this city is Magiczny Kraków (Magic Krakow) and I must say it´s pretty true for this city is by far one of those which have the best atmosphere I have ever tasted. This is my top city in the central Europe which have more to offer than Prague, anonymous Budapest or a little bit boring Vienna.

On the image you can see a part of the Rynek Glówny (Main Place) which is said to be the biggest one Europe. This great place really lives 24 hours a day, if there are vendors, flower and vegetable sellers, waiters, musicians, artists or just tourists and photographers this place is always full (not crowded) by the people. In front of the image there is market hall called Sukiennice which still serves as a market hall after centuries . Behind towers of the Kościol Mariacki (St. Mary´s Church) could be seen. In this church John Paul II, as a krakowian bishop served masses.
I would highly recommend this wonderfull city.

Some poles say, come to see Kraków and raise your not very good impression from Warsaw. I haven´t visited Warsaw so I don´t know if it is true or not but this city seems to be the best Poland could offer.

I send my greetings to my polish friends.
Pozdrawiam :)
