Hello Katie,
The photo is very beautiful, I think it could use some small adjustments such as rotating slightly to the right in order to correct the tilt and maybe increase levels to enrichen colours

Romantic shot. It looks like Bergen in Norway, but a bit sadder.
The composition is very good, and reflection in the water nice.
