Strążyska Valley
Red path from the Droga pod Reglami. Strążyska Valley stretches almost right up to the vertical cliffs of the north face of Giewont. Near the top of the Strążyska Valley, at the Hala Strążyska (approx. 1 h from valley exit), one can catch the black-signposted path which leads from the saddle known as the Przełęcz Czerwona across the head of Strążyska valley to another saddle, the Przełęcz w Grzybowcu. Red signs lead from the Przełęcz w Grzybowcu to the top of Giewont (about 3 h from the Hala Strążyska). From the same interesection at the Hala Strążyska is a path, marked yellow, leading on to the Siklawica waterfall (approx. 0.15 h). To reach the valley from Zakopane, go up the streets ul. Kasprusie and ul. Strążyska, or walk along the Droga pod Reglami.
