Photographer’s Note

The pic was taken on the top of Mt. Skrzyczne - the highest peak in the Beskid Slaski Mts. (1257 m). The 20 minutes spent freezing on the seat of the open air rope-lift was worth the effort: everything up there was covered with freezing moisture brought by fast moving clouds. Unearthly, quiet atmosphere and loads of snow.

This 'bridge' (which is at the back of the tourist house on the top) caught my eye because it looked as if it was a stage from which to jump into the sea of clouds. The air was very 'milky' there so I added a little bit of contrast. No other changes made to the picture.
