The Monument of 15 Uhlans' Regiment Poznan at Ludgarda Street in Poznan city.
Monument executed artist sculptor Lubelski Mieczyslaw, and architect designed surroundings in┬┐. Adam Ballenstedt. He is been careful for jeden of the most beautiful military monuments in Poland. In connexion to Saint George (Polish: sw. Jerzy) it represents uhlan on horse, piercing dragon's lance. Germans destroyed him during II world war. He was reproduced according to prototype and uncovered again really in 1982 year because the powers of People's Poland earlier did not it assent thereon. The restored surroundings of monument in National Holiday of Independence 11 November 2000 year was has given back.
In background: the dome of Franciscans' church. Franciscan church in Poznan is the masterpiece of woodcarvers' art and painter's, harmonized by artists magnificently, Adam and Anthony Swachow. There has not no parish near church. After year 1986 church copper plate along with was coated with chapels. It altars in church were renewed was, restoration polychromy lasts. It it rusty already monumental steps were rebuilt was to church, entry was remade to monastery, the general relining of interior of monastery draws to end.
