Photographer's Note

Pila – picturesquely situated town on the river Gwda in the borderland of western Pomeranian and Great Poland. Over a half of its area is occupied by woodlands and parks which take the land between modern housing districts. Numerous lakes add to the town's beauty.
The town is surrounded by beautiful countryside and unspoiled nature which offers active forms of entertainment attracting both Polish and foreign tourists.

Bonjour Tadeusz,

Le temps est tellement sombre que l'on dirait la photo en noir et blanc. Le regard suit la route à travers le bois, ce qui donne beaucoup de profondeur à l'ensemble.

Hello Tadeusz,

This is a nice winter scene where the distance on the road and the straight lines od the tracks give excellent deepness. The image gives a good sense of the winter mood of those overcast and dark days.
