This is a sunny autumn day captured in Swolowo, beautiful village in North Poland, called "The Checkered Houses Region" (Kraina w kratę) with half-timbered houses.

Excellent POV and depth of field here! I'm also a big fan of wide-angle shots, and this one is a great example of what can be done with a creative camera placement.

Great composition using the river to lead the eye through the photo. The lighting and colors are great with nice sharpness and DOF. The bright red of the church roof and tree add nice contrast to the shot.

A beautiful POV Jacek.
The colours shout Autumn!The water is a lovely feature with the plants and the hint of a reflection.The streaks of cloud all point into the shot, well observed, a good job.

que dire si ce n'est que c'est une composition fantastique.
J'en admire les couleurs bien rendues et restées naturelles, mais aussi la netteté présente partout, les lumières bien calibrées et les avantages tirés d'un grand angle.

Przypomina mi nawet moje miasto (jedno z moich miast, tam chodzilam do liceum i tam mieszka jescze ojciec, Zlotow, na Pojezierzu Pomorskim). Tam tez jest kosciolek, ktory mozna dokladnie zobaczyc z tego POV-u, znad jeziorka...

Nie wiem dlaczego ktos chciałby uciac dol...własnie szeroki dol i podobna gora z tymi chmurami jak smugi daje taka głebie srodka obrazu,bardzo nietuzinkowe! Mnie podoba sie bardzo!

Ładnie spisuje sie ta szeroka sigma w takich warunkach. Jesien jak malowana:) I wcale dolu nie jest za duzo, to oczywiscie kwestia gustu i smaku w fotografii, osobiscie uwielbiam szerokie spojrzenia. Swietna praca.

W pierwszej chwili myślałem że to hdr ale widzę jednak że to zasługa światła i cpl-a. Fajnie to wyszło, świetna kompozycja, ładny, zrównoważony kadr i piękne, jesienne kolory.

You made good use of the excellent light in this image. The red roofs and tree make a lovely bright splash of colour. I also like the hint of a reflection and the way the lines of faint clouds in the sky all seem to point to the church. Well done

I have noticed something on TE: There are really very good photographers from Poland. Your photo is superb in terms of depth, sharpness and light. The colours are beautiful and the slight distortion of the wide angle gives it a fairy tale look.
