An unusual and amusing composition, using the vertical format well to fill the sky with these matching blue and white items.

a comfortable picture of the wind itself,
this white round lantern and pole, white and blue flags, blue and white sky, wavy dark sea, and distant shining buildings, all shows us the wind,
the light itself cannot make it visible, but all elements make it visible.
