Photographer’s Note

Far away from the big city noise and dusty roads, you will find here your oasis of peace and quiet, where you will have a chance to delight in the awesome beauty of surrounding landscapes.

The half-timbered complex in Poland, offering both accommodation and cuisine, is a replica of traditional constructions of the region of Pomerania, i.e. of so-called “chequered houses”. The inspiration for its erection came from the unusual history of the mill called Zamelowski Mlyn, particularly the legend about the power of love and the magic of water. The ubiquitous motif of love personified by the figure of Charlotta – the patron of the valley – will definitely strengthen romantic emotions of our guests.

Zacznę od tego, co podoba mi się najbardziej: spokój zdjęcia. Piękne odbicia i wypełnienie wodą dużej części kadru budują klimat. Dobry punkt widzenia. Oświetlony zielono-żółty wręcz las i pogodne, jasne niebo wzbogacają spokój zdjęcia o nutkę radości. :-)

This is really fantastic! The colours are so vivid and the contrast is excellent. I love the different textures, the reflection on the water, and your use of light. The composition doesn't totally follow the 'rule of thirds', which we're often reminded that we should obey but, in this case, it doesn't seem to matter at all. In my opinion, this is one of the nicest pics you've ever posted.

This is a very beautiful picture because of the nice light you captured and the colors you achieved to show, your subject choice is lovely, only think I'd mention would be to frame it a little bit more to the left to off center the house a bit more and show more of the area under this superb light.

I like the 'warm' afternoon overcast moreso the 'picture perfect' scenery. The clarity seen on the forest on the right, fantastic depth, the balance of shadows are superb, I apologize for not saying anything earlier for this image...Lucky whoever owns this property!
