Photographer’s Note
I was standing there and waiting for my friend when these two gentlemen met each other, seemingly by chance. They seemed to be close friends. So they started a friendly chat which they held for quite a while, a chat about current political affairs - I overheard. And at the end of the meeting their discussion turned into firm statements - each of them was of different opinion.
They separated in anger or maybe dissapointment? Who knows...

Fajna scenka rodzajowa. Dobra kompozycja z ciekawym, właściwie rozmytym tłem. Opis - jak zawsze fabuła, dziś prawie z suspensem. Pozdrawiam.

Hi Jerzy
A good daily life scene & portrait. I like the vibrant color, & the low angled pov. Wonderful sharpness & dof. Congratulations!

Ciekawe, jak zawsze. Dużo się tu dzieje, scenka jest dramatyczna. Pozdrawiam.

A lot of tension here Jerzy. It shoots from their eyes. Well composed leaving that almost empty space between them...if only that woman wasnt there. Or am I nitpicking?

Nice note. The guy in focus is not looking at him. The other guy is looking at him but not in focus. Would the shot be better if it was in focus? I like it. Maybe also a little less saturation?

Witaj,
Pozdrawiam,
Damian

You've developed quite astrong style for tilted enoucters at close range, like this one, Jerzy. very dramatic stuff, leaps from the thumbnail at you.
Your note fills in al the blanks.
Good stuff!
Happy Easter,
Francis

Excellent moment captured, Jerzy. Good interaction shown between the two guys, and nice to see what the 1.4 lens does here with the sharpness gradually bokeh-ing away along the three persons in the frame. Way too much post-production for my taste, man, but brilliantly timed. Greetings from Hiroshima.

Hello Jerzy,
A very interesting shot with these glances that signify how we erect barriers between one another for strong opinions. Especially in old Eastern/Central Europe, I believe... many years of Communist oppression have led to passionate opinions of course... you have captured them superbly. Excellent work!
Happy Easter to you and your family,

Interesting note, which probably explains the grim expressions on their faces. Politics a tricky subject at the best of times (remember our discussions lasat year) :-)
I like the angle and crop here.

Czesc Jerzy. Good shot, the shutter slices through the tension, frozen... the only think lightening the mood is the lady booty in the middle, essencial to the shot, I think, adding a 3rd person, removed, filling the void between the men but good enough DoF so she is not a realy contributing member. Great colors, too. Nice work.
