Marcin,
Beautiful scene! The white, snow-covered trees are pretty themselves, but the reflection makes your picture wonderful. I notice the clouds are blurred (not a bad thing in this photo), was that because of a long exposure? That might help explain the blurred reflection too (again, not a bad thing in your photo, it actually works well).

Hello Marcin.
Absolutely a great looking shot. The balance is remarkable. You've gained great symmetry with your framing. Was this shot at night in moonlight? I see the 30 second exposure...that's quite long. Marvellous choice to present this in B&W. Only item I would point out would be the slight tilt up to the right...but that is nit-picking...the photo looks great.
