Photographer’s Note

City of Toruń, Mostowa street. Three late-gothic apartment houses. They are an interesting example of urban architecture of Toruń. Until the beginning of XVI century, these were three separate apartment houses, which were later joined by pinnacles and common semicircular flanked gables. During the baroque period, the houses were further modernised.

Hello Mikolaj,

It seems to be the same place as one of your previous photos. I like those brick made front. There is a lot of texture.
On my screen it seems there is a little lack of sharpness and jpeg artefact between the sky and the top of the facade. Perhaps a too much compression at saving?
You have a good subject there.

Hello Mikolaj,
A good capture of this interesting façade under a heavenly blue sky. The tones and textures in the brickwork are well brought out and make a pleasing contrast with the sky. Good clarity.

Nie powiem, kompozycja robi wrazenie, mocne kolory daja dobrze po oczach. Trzy kamienice tez robia wrazenie. Piekna ruina.

W tej kamienicy z lewej, to chyba ludzie mieszkaja i zycie sie toczy. To wstyd, zeby w Toruniu nie zadbali o tak piekne zabytki.

Ale znalazles kamienice. Ciekawe, czy ich adres znalazles w przewodniku, czy Torun raczej sie nie chwali zabytkami w tak oplakanym stanie. Swietne deokumentacyjne foto, ale nie tylko. Przyznam sie, ze ciarki ze strachu po mnie przechodza, gdy pomysle, ze moglabym tam mieszkac.

Czesc,
ladna stara kamienica z Torunia, ciekawie to wyglada z zabiej perspektywy. Torun ma starowke bardzo ladna, nie tak zniszczona po wojnie jak elblaska. Dobra jakosc.
