Blacksmiths Tower in Zlotoryja.
Zlotoryja (Goldberg) is a town in Lower Silesian Voivodeship of southwestern Poland. Since the Middle Ages the town was a centre of gold and copper mining. The Blacksmiths Tower is a remnant of a stone fortification from the 14th century. The building, whose height is 22, 5 meters is a good vantage point. Zlotoryja was surrounded by walls from the fourteenth to the nineteenth century. The tower owes its name to the members of the guild of blacksmiths, who defended the bastion of the Upper Gate leading into the city.
The walls in the basement are 2.7 m thick.

Hi Ryszard
what an unusual structure. It is an amazing size and your capture makes its dominance all the more profound. A great sense of history and perfectly detailed. Wonderful to think it has lasted so long and looks superb in such a picturesque little town. Great image!
Have a great week - regards Brian.
