Faculty of Philology, University of Wrocław.
Building of the former Premonstratensian monastery.
The oldest part of the monastery dates back to the middle of the thirteenth century to the present size expansion occurred at the beginning of the seventeenth century, when the abbot Andreas III built a new Baroque monastery. After the secularization of the Order in the building housed the Higher Regional Court. Since 1965, there is a Faculty of Philology, University of Wrocław. Students can study Polish, Latin and Greek, Dutch, English, French, German, Slavic, Spanish

your images from this part of Poland are so exquisite and make me realise that it is a part of the world that I really must visit. Beautiful architecture like this must be seen first hand although your shot is the next best thing, being captured and presented perfectly.

It still amazed me to see buildings built hundres of years ago still standing and functional. In Las Vegas a 50-year old building is considered very old. Nice captured of the beautiful architecture with good lighting and dof with nice details. Well done, tfs.
