One of modern housing estates in Wroclaw.
Wroclaw, situated on the River Oder (Polish: Odra), is the largest city in southwestern Poland. Wroclaw was the historical capital of Silesia, and today is the capital of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The city's name was first recorded in the year 1000. The city is traditionally believed to be named after Wrocislaw or Vratislav, often believed to be Duke Vratislaus I of Bohemia.
The population of the city is about 638,000 making it the fourth largest city in Poland.

a beautifully controlled light in this wonderfully colourful skyline. The tones and textures stand out so proudly against the blues of the sky. Superb clarity and a quality presentation.

These houses provide a very good geometrical pattern, very much like a cubistic painting. Very attractive colours of the houses beneath the deep blue sky.

Hi Ryszard,

I would love to see more of Poland. Lots of good bold colours here. You have made good use of unique lighting circumstances, set strongly on the dark skeis behind. Excellent collection of shapes and angles in this concrete and brick community. An interesting take on urban life.
